The co-op
In build — first cohort not yet dated
What it is
A cooperative data warehouse: a secure, low-cost backend for accumulating your intents in detail — goals, decisions, the reasons behind them — so you can use them to your advantage instead of handing them to a platform that will make you its product. Members rent whatever model is best this quarter. The memory stays in your cloud project, under your keys, on shared machinery we run together.
Who it is for
People who want an agent for their life, their pursuits and their ventures — and would rather not host that on a commercial platform that may not have their best interest at heart.
Where it is now
One product owner has run his life on this engine for a year. The platform exists — about five hundred moving parts. The co-op layer on top of it — shared skills, a disaster-recovery network, model-replacement testing, governance, per-member cost — is being built in the open and is not yet ready for members.
What to demand from anyone who wants to host your personal agents
- My cloud project, my keys — not a tenant row in yours.
- A memory I can change — and watch the change propagate.
- A spend meter I can read — the machine watches its own money.
- Status that says UNVERIFIED — never green when it is blind.
One place already meets that bar. Rent the model. Own the memory.
