Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of analyst-server, a private personal AI assistant ("Ada") available at analyst-server.com and operated by Rob Foree (currently through Scenariolab LLC) ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or accepting an invitation to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Invitation-only access

analyst-server is a private, invitation-based service made available to the owner and a limited number of invited users. Access is granted by invitation and may be limited, suspended, or revoked at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

The service

analyst-server helps you and other invited users manage tasks, reminders, notifications, and information. Features may change, and the service is provided on an ongoing, as-available basis. The service may send you operational notifications, including by SMS if you have opted in; SMS use is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only as intended. You agree not to: use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the service; or use the service to violate the rights of others or applicable law. You agree not to use the service messaging features to send unsolicited or marketing messages.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store and process that content in order to operate the service for you.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and you use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
