These terms govern the personal AI-assistant SMS messaging service (the "Service") operated by Scenariolab LLC.
The Service sends account and task notifications, reminders, and confirmations to the account owner and to contacts who have consented to receive them, and replies to messages those recipients send. It is not a marketing program.
You receive messages only after providing your mobile number directly and agreeing to be contacted. There is no public or web sign-up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies with your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop all messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact robert@analyst-server.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
