Scenariolab LLC operates a personal AI-assistant messaging service (the "Service"). This policy describes how we handle information in connection with SMS/text messages.
We collect the mobile phone numbers of the account owner and of individuals who have directly provided their number and agreed to receive messages, together with the content of messages exchanged in order to deliver notifications, reminders, confirmations, and one-to-one replies.
Phone numbers and message content are used solely to operate the Service — to send the account owner and consented contacts account/task notifications, reminders, and confirmations, and to reply to messages they send us. We do not use this information for marketing.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with our messaging carrier/provider (Twilio) as required to transmit the messages you have consented to receive. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
We retain message records only as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
